2005 Office Expansion

In 2000 we bought and remodeled this building into the above. The day we had our ribbon cutting we were already out of space. Kevin even officed out of a storage room without a window for awhile until it could be turned into a proper office.

In 2004, after many months of planning, CENTURY 21 Bay Reef Realty began construction of an additional wing to it's already large office. We used all metal studs, added a steel standing seam roof and a huge concrete slab rather than pier & beam. the pics above taken 10/09/04 & 3/24/05.

On 12/24 & 25/2004 we had snow for the first time in about 100 years and the standing seam roof did a great job hlding the snow and then dumping it onto the deck. Then the snow went away and business resumed as usual.

4 new reservation offices all with access to natural outside light, and no doors.

We also created a check-in counter, Lobby area, & Reception. This is how we had to work during the "break-thru" days while we were getting it actually done. Pics taken on 1/19/05 & again on 3/24/05. Kevin & Sherry both get new offices as well as separate offices for four Reservation specialists, and a large meeting room/ kitchen area.

The office on the left was our old kitchen and is now Charles' office. My old office is now carpeted and is now Andrea's office. The old key room above has been converted into a check in counter with more updates coming,
