We are a family oriented business for residential rental homes that are privately owned. Our homeowners do not allow their homes to be booked for parties. 

We reserve the right to terminate any reservation made under false pretenses or for any other reason with full refund.

Please be aware of the following:

Peak & Mid seasons have a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Peak season Beachfront rentals are weekly only, checking in on Mon, or Fri only.

We rent to responsible adults over the age of 25 only.

We do not accept Group or Special Event reservations Online.

A valid credit card, email address, physical & mailing addresses, work & home phone numbers are required for all online reservations. If we can't contact you, the reservation is void.

One of our Reservationists will contact you to finalize your online booking. Only AFTER we contact you, explain rates & confirm dates is the booking confirmed!
