CENTURY 21 Bay Reef Realty Owners' Online Access

CENTURY 21 Bay Reef Realty is very pleased to offer online owner's access. Owners can reserve their own property online 24 hours a day (owner cancellations are still made by calling the offce), check closed owners statements, & check future bookings. Your properties' availability calendar can also be accessed and printed any time of the day. The access is password protected.

When booking online for an owners' stay, PLEASE notate either "clean" if you wish us to get the home cleaned for you, or "no clean" if you wish to clean the home yourself. If no notation is made, a cleaning will be ordered & charged to you.

We are in the process of switching to the v12 version of Property Plus to better manage your investment. IF the owner's link does not work that is due to the switch having been made. NEW passwords will be emailed to you as soon as the v12 link is live. Please continue to use your current passwords until this time. This is scheduled to occur sometime between 2-19 to 2-28. To enable cookies:
1. open browser
2. Click Tools at the top menu
3. Select Internet Options
4. Select Privacy Tab
5. Select Advanced button in middle of window
6. put checkmark in override automatic cookie handling
7. place dot to select accept for both first-party and third party cookies
8. put checkmark in always allow session cookies
9. click ok to force changes
10. click ok again to close tools window
11. close browser (x at top right)
12. restart browser and cookies will be enabled.
