Enjoy beautiful Gulf-Water views from a wall of windows at this front row beach house. Relax in the living area, enjoying the plush new furniture and the fireplace, and perhaps you'll catch the dolphin pod swimming by (within 100' of the beach). Instead of the view, you could watch the Dish TV (with DVD) or listen to the CD-stero. Inside, you can have your meals on the contemporary glass-top dining table and comfortable cushioned chairs. On the deck, you can relax on the lounge chairs, sip a drink and read a book (the house has a nice collection of books) or just watch the surfers, the sunset, and the fliights of pelicans skimming the water. When you are ready to retire, you'll love the new king bed with pillow-top mattress in the master bedroom, or you can move upstairs and watch the new LCD flat screen TV from the extra-plush queen bed. The kids will enjoy their own room furnished with two double bunk sets. Use the charcoal grill to cook up those thick steaks you brought. TAke a long walk down the beach...it goes for miles either direction, and then come back and play in the warm Gulf water right in front of your own beach house. Don't forget to bring your dog; dogs LOVE the beach. Beachfront properties are as close to the Gulf of Mexico as possible. During Peak Season, these homes rent weekly ONLY.
