Beautiful and sunny, Cabana Royale is a fabulous home with near unobstructed views of the Gulf from all rooms but the laundry room and baths. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in a very small exclusive neighborhood. Inside, you'll find a spacious, bright and tasteful living area, beautiful bamboo flooring, colorful, comfortable and casually elegant furniture, and ceiling fans throughout the house. There is a high-definition TV and surround sound in the living area. For those who like to entertain and cook, there's a large kitchen which includes granite countertops and upscale appliances. This house is perfect for 2 couples or 2 families vacationing together - there are 2 King bedrooms (for the adults). The master bath is spa-style; enjoy the Jacuzzi for two and the European shower. The children will love their rooms too - bunk bed and 2 twins in the upstairs bedroom and a twin in a bright red room on the main floor. When it's time for the outdoors, you and your guests have multiple options: you can dine or relax on the main deck with 2 dining areas, the screened porch with dining for six, downstairs where there's another table for 4. The three decks also have ample chairs and chaises for relaxing while you listen to the waves, read, sun, snooze or watch the activity on the beach. You can also choose between shade and sun; with decks both covered and uncovered. When it's time for the beach, you are less than 200 feet away from the water that you can easily access via several routes. When you've had your fill of sun and sand, it's a very quick trip to town; Cabana Royale is located just minutes from Galveston - so you can even have a vacation free from commuting and heavy traffic! This is a custom well-designed home only two years old. It has a warm, upscale decor which creates a calm and peaceful ambiance that will make your vacation one to remember for years to come. Beachfront view properties offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico but do not sit directly on the sand.
