CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: 
If Galveston beaches are closed due to the oil spill, guests will have the following choices:

• Reservations may be changed to an alternative date.

• A reservation may be cancelled and the money will be refunded; the cancellation fee will be waived.

• If Galveston beaches are closed during a guests' stay, any unused portion of the stay will be refunded.
