Quantabella is a beautiful home situated on a secluded beach in the exclusive development of Sand Hill Shores. It has a fabulous unobstructed view of the bay as well as the gulf. This home is elegantly decorated and features two spacious master bedrooms.Quantabella is located on one of the quietest beaches in Galveston. Since Sandhill Shores is a mostly non-rented subdivision, there are additional rules that Quantabella guests must sign and follow or lose the damage deposit. Additionally, Quantabella is available to rent to only families, No groups whatsoever. No private walkover at this time / Uses public Walkovers. Beachfront properties are as close to the Gulf of Mexico as possible. In Sandhill Shores, homes rent weekly ONLY. Due to subdivision rules, all rentals are limited to parking 5 cars at the house. Please do not plan to exceed this amount at any time.
