* "Sun Rising" (with a queen bed) is all decked out in sunny yellows, oranges and reds. 
* "Surf's Up" (with a queen bed) brings out the surfer in everyone with it's blues and greens. 
* "Jungle Escape" (with a queen bed) is a tropical paradise in earthtones and foliage.
* "Nautical Bunk House" (with 3 twins and a double bed) is maritime bliss for the kids with its blues and whites.
* "The Loft Life" (queen sleeper sofa) is the perfect place to escape and watch TV or a movie, play a board game or two, or just take a nap. 

SEAGRASS is perfect for entertaining!  It has large cathedral dining and living rooms that offer expansive Gulf views.  Enjoying meals together is a breeze with the dining room comfortably seating 8 and an adjacent breakfast bar off the kitchen seating 5. You can find privacy in the second level loft, enjoy the outdoors on one of the three decks Seagrass offers, or sit by the fireplace on those chilly nights. Beachfront properties are as close to the Gulf of Mexico as possible. During Peak Season, these homes rent weekly ONLY.
