Our house has proven to be an excellent location for retreats and seminars because of its size and openness and is equipped with all the luxuries of home. Great home is also perfect for smaller groups. Lotsa light! Fantastic views of beach. Huge areas for living. Sleeping loft on 2nd floor. Very large 3/2.5 2nd row Beach-home! Home features high vaulted ceilings in very large living room, wet-bar, fireplace, skylights, 2 new AC's, and a huge deck. A big 2nd floor Gallery serves as a second living area. House is approx 3000 sq ft on a corner lot. Beachside properties still have a great view & are still very close to the beach, but not directly ON the beach.
