Since Sandhill Shores is a mostly non-rented subdivision, there are additional rules that VILLA PARAISO guests must sign and follow or lose the damage deposit. Additionally, VILLA PARAISO is available to rent to only families, No groups whatsoever. Beachfront properties are as close to the Gulf of Mexico as possible. In Sandhill Shores, homes rent weekly ONLY. Due to subdivision rules, all rentals are limited to parking 5 cars at the house. Please do not plan to exceed this amount at any time.
