2011 -12 Winter Texans

The following homes will welcome you at the posted monthly rates during our shoulder seasons. Rentals for 30 days or longer are NOT subject to the 15% Hotel/Motel Tax, making a monthly stay in one of our furnished rental homes very affordable! Rates listed are for one month. Please note that some utilities (water, phone, cable, gas, internet) are included in the monthly rate. Electricity & Booking fee plus any additional fees may vary by amenities, usage and size of home and must be paid by renter. Linens are NOT provided for these rentals. Even if you might NOT be able to stay the entire month, taking a one month increment will allow you to come and go as you please (often for less than the cost of a Peak Season week) An $800 utility deposit is due at check in.

So come vacation like the locals live and enjoy our off-season...it's less crowded and every bit as beautiful in the off-season! Take a look at the photos below to see! It's the best time of year to come for some of our Country's best bird watching!

Beachfront & Beachfront view - as close to the Gulf of Mexico as possible. During Peak Season, these homes rent weekly ONLY.
Beachside These have a great view & are still very close to the beach, but not directly ON the beach.
Canal Located on canals of water that leads to Galveston Bay. Perfect if you like to fish from the home, or want to bring your own boat.
Bayfront Located on the Bay. May or may not have bay-water boating access, but great views & unbelievable sunsets!
Bayside Located on Galveston Island & have no adjacent water or water access.
PetOKw/Fee We realize that many pet-owners travel with pets. So we have some Pet friendly homes. ONLY these homes will allow a pet with fee.
