2007-08 Winter Texans

The following homes will welcome you at the posted monthly rates during our shoulder seasons. Rentals for 30 days or longer are NOT subject to the 15% Hotel/Motel Tax, making a monthly stay in one of our furnished rental homes very affordable! Rates listed are for one month. Please note that all utilities (electric, water, phone, cable, gas, internet, etc.) are paid by the renter in addition to the monthly rate + a $75.00 Booking fee and will vary by amenities, usage and size of home. Linens are NOT provided for these rentals. Even if you might NOT be able to stay the entire month, taking a one month increment will allow you to come and go as you please (often for less than the cost of a Peak Season week) First & Last month's rent (to be held as a security deposit), $75 booking fee, as well as an $800 utility deposit are all due in advance of check in.
