Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nathel “Nate” Charles Pacini Jr. I was born July 4, 1953 at St. Mary’s Hospital. I am currently the oldest of four siblings, with two brothers and two sisters, all of which still reside in Galveston and maintain a very close relationship. I attended parochial school through the twelfth grade, and graduated from O’Connell High School in 1971. After graduation, I later attended Galveston College for two years and waited tables at Gaido’s, a locally known restaurant business. In 1986 I returned to Galveston after living in Houston for nearly seven years. Upon my return I became the restaurant manager at “Benno’s on the Beach”. In 1993 I decided to leave Benno’s and venture off to open my first restaurant on 19th and Strand, calling it “Nate’s Steakhouse, Seafood & Family Restaurant”. Fortunately, it grew extremely successful and I was able to move into a larger facility located at 13th and Seawall. In May 2002, I purchased a second restaurant near Jamaica Beach on West Galveston Island and called it “Nates West End Steak & Seafood”. However, after thirty-five years of the restaurant business I decided to sell my 13th street location in July of 2002, and later in 2004 I sold my West End business but still retained ownership of the property. Soon after leaving the restaurant business I began real estate classes at College of the Mainland in order to further my interest in selling real estate. In May 2005 I excelled on my real estate exam, which landed me a wonderful job selling real estate with CENTURY 21 Bay Reef Realty. I thrive on helping my clients with total dedication. When I’m not working you can find me fishing in West Bay or the Gulf. But during whitetail season, I’ll be archery hunting on my ranch in Uvalde, Texas. Please don’t hesitate to contact me as I am anxiously waiting to assist you with all of your real estate needs. |
